Among these are four lifeguard towers in high season, complemented by a Red Cross first-aid point on the promenade of the Avenida Dr Mariano Ruis Canovas, as well as beach-bars, sun loungers and wooden walkways all along the beach. These walkways can be accessed by ramps for those of limited mobility, and disabled parking spaces are also marked out on the main road.
During high season pedal-boats can be hired at the Northern end of the beach, children’s play facilities, a moored raft and a beach volleyball net are also provided alongside the bins (emptied daily) and foot showers.
